She previously worked with employees and leadership teams through contracted Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), providing workplace-focused behavioral support, communication strategies, and guidance on executive functioning.
Today, Marla develops and delivers corporate workshops and strategic programs nationwide, including Declutter Your Strategy™ and Mental Health in the Workplace training. Her work integrates operational systems, language, behavior, and environmental structure to improve follow-through and long-term organizational performance.
